Barnhart Crane & Rigging needs a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own their entire digital footprint—from website optimization to paid campaigns—and build a scalable digital engine that drives qualified B2B leads.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current digital performance across website, paid search, paid social, and organic channels; identify 3-5 quick wins to improve conversion rates

Establish baseline KPI tracking and reporting dashboard covering lead generation, cost per lead, and revenue attribution

Define and document digital strategy roadmap aligned to sales objectives with clear channel priorities and budget allocation

Build team workflow, execution standards, and vendor coordination processes to ensure quality and consistency

By 6 Months
1

Execute website redesign/optimization with UX improvements targeting 15-20% conversion lift on key landing pages

Scale paid media campaigns with proven ROI; achieve 25% improvement in cost-per-lead across Google and social platforms

Develop and launch integrated digital campaigns generating 30%+ increase in qualified leads month-over-month

4

Build out social media content calendar and community engagement strategy across 3+ platforms with measurable engagement growth

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Qualified Lead

Track and optimize the efficiency of paid and organic campaigns in generating sales-qualified opportunities.

Website Conversion Rate

Monitor and improve conversion performance across key landing pages and user pathways.

Lead Volume & Quality

Measure total leads generated and track quality metrics (lead scoring, sales acceptance rate) in collaboration with sales.

ROI by Channel

Attribute revenue impact to digital channels (paid search, paid social, organic, website) to inform budget allocation.

Website Traffic & Engagement

Monitor session volume, bounce rate, and engagement metrics to assess digital presence effectiveness.
