The Challenge
Banco PAN is scaling its digital marketing platforms across BTG Pactual's ecosystem. You'll own strategic governance, funnel optimization, and experimentation across web, app, and logged-in environments—driving real conversion lift in a complex financial services landscape.
Your Mission
Map current funnel performance across all digital touchpoints and identify top 3 conversion leaks
Establish CRO governance framework and A/B testing roadmap aligned with business KPIs
Launch first wave of 4-5 validated A/B tests on high-impact acquisition or conversion steps
Build aligned stakeholder model with UX, Tech, Data, and Business teams for sprint planning
Achieve 8-12% uplift in primary conversion metric through structured experimentation
Scale testing velocity to 2-3 concurrent experiments per squad per sprint
Develop self-serve analytics dashboards tracking acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention KPIs
Document and operationalize winning test playbooks across web, app, and logged-in environments

- You need full remote—this is 80% on-site in São Paulo with minimal flexibility
- You lack hands-on CRO or A/B testing experience; this is tactical day-one
- You shy away from ambiguity; fintech compliance + agile experimentation = constant trade-offs
