Is This Role For You?
- You've managed €100K+/month paid budgets and scaled DTC or subscription acquisition in multiple European markets
- You're data-obsessed and can move between strategy and tactical execution without losing either
- You've successfully launched and optimized across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms (TikTok, YouTube)
- You can hire and mentor your first media buyer while maintaining hands-on channel management
- You need remote flexibility-this is on-site only in Paris
- You've never managed paid budgets >€100K/month or lack multi-market scaling experience
- You prefer strategic planning over execution; this role requires both
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity; attribution, team structure, and processes need building from scratch
