The Challenge

The Battery Atlanta is a mixed-use development anchored by the Atlanta Braves. You'll own end-to-end digital growth for a major sports & lifestyle brand, driving awareness and engagement across multiple properties and tenant partnerships.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital channels (social, email, website, SMS) and establish baseline KPIs; present competitive analysis and optimization roadmap

2

Develop and launch Q1 content calendar across all digital channels with clear performance benchmarks aligned to seasonal events

3

Implement segmented email/SMS campaigns for at least 2 major events, measuring open rates, CTR, and conversion impact

4

Onboard and train Marketing Trainee on digital asset creation, scheduling, and basic performance analysis

By 6 Months
1

Grow social media engagement by 25%+ and increase website traffic by 30%+ through optimized content strategy and paid amplification

2

Establish and execute SMS/email marketing program across all tenant promotions with documented audience segmentation and performance improvements

3

Launch 3-5 new digital campaigns (email, social, web) that drive measurable traffic and revenue impact for partner tenants

4

Deliver quarterly performance reports with ROI analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data-driven recommendations for budget reallocation

Social Media Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, and saves across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok to measure content resonance and audience growth.

Email/SMS Open & Click-Through Rates

Monitor campaign performance against industry benchmarks to optimize send times, copy, and segmentation strategy.

Website Traffic & Conversion

Measure monthly visitors, session duration, bounce rate, and conversion events tied to promotions or event registrations.

Campaign ROI

Calculate revenue or lead impact from digital campaigns relative to spend; track tenant event traffic and sales lift.

Audience Growth

Monitor subscriber growth across email, SMS, and social channels month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter.
