You'll own the entire funnel—from visit scheduling to lead capture—using analytics and experimentation to drive measurable business impact.

2

Design and execute 6-8 high-impact experiments with clear success criteria and launch first 3 iterations

3

Build foundational analytics dashboards tracking acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics across all owned funnels

4

Establish weekly syncs with design, engineering, and marketing teams to align on experimentation roadmap and prioritization framework

By 6 Months
1

Increase conversion rate on visit scheduling funnel by 15-25% through iterative testing and optimization

2

Establish a scalable experimentation process with documented learnings and playbooks for high-performing variations

3

Reduce activation drop-off by 10-20% through behavior-based friction analysis and targeted interventions

4

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 3+ growth initiatives in a startup/scaleup and can point to concrete metrics (conversion lift, retention impact, revenue contribution)
  • You live and breathe Google Analytics, SQL, and experimentation—data isn't a constraint, it's your playground
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and ownership: you can prioritize funnels, design experiments, and push cross-functional teams without hand-holding
  • You have formal training in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or adjacent field (this role has explicit requirements)
Won't Work If
  • You've never run A/B tests or designed experiments with statistical rigor—this role requires hands-on experimentation, not just analysis
  • You lack 3+ years of direct product, growth, or analytics experience in digital environments
  • You're not comfortable with SQL queries or prefer to delegate all data work to analysts

Interview Process

1

Initial screening

Hiring team reviews CV for experience requirements (3+ years, relevant degree, startup/scaleup background)

2

Technical assessment

Walk through a real funnel problem: analyze mock data, identify bottlenecks, propose 3 testable hypotheses

3

Product case study

Discuss past growth initiative: what did you ship, how did you prioritize, what was the outcome, what would you do differently?

4

Cross-functional panel

Meet with design, engineering, and marketing leads to assess collaboration style and communication

5

Final conversation

Leadership alignment on vision, roadmap, and role expectations
