The Challenge
AppDirect is scaling a subscription commerce platform globally and needs a Senior Marketing Specialist to own integrated go-to-market strategy for Firstbase, a key subsidiary. You'll build and execute the marketing engine that bridges corporate vision with subsidiary growth priorities, reporting directly on pipeline and revenue impact.
Your Mission
Audit current Firstbase marketing performance, map stakeholder needs, and define integrated annual/quarterly marketing plan with clear KPIs tied to pipeline targets
Launch first campaign (product, channel, or event-based) that demonstrates measurable pipeline impact and establishes your credibility with BU leadership
Map cross-sell opportunities across AppDirect portfolio and identify 2-3 shared GTM initiatives to drive collaboration
Establish baseline performance dashboard tracking campaign metrics against revenue/pipeline goals
Execute 3+ integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and enablement channels; demonstrate 15%+ pipeline contribution from marketing-sourced leads
Own and successfully launch a product go-to-market initiative from strategy through execution; measure product adoption and revenue velocity impact
Scale agency/contractor relationships; implement AI tools to improve marketing productivity and reduce execution friction
Present quarterly business review to AppDirect leadership showing marketing ROI, Voice of Customer insights, and recommended program refinements for next quarter

- You need 100% remote—this role requires 1 day/week on-site in Buenos Aires and you're unwilling to relocate or travel
- You're a specialist (demand gen only, content only, events only) and uncomfortable owning integrated strategy across multiple channels and functions
- You haven't directly measured marketing's impact on pipeline or revenue—you're uncomfortable with accountability metrics
