The Challenge
Amazon Flex is scaling delivery partner engagement across Latin America's two largest markets. You'll own retention strategy and execution for Brazil and Mexico—designing rewards programs, onboarding experiences, and retention campaigns that keep thousands of gig workers productive and satisfied.
Your Mission
Launch Brazil Rewards Program: finalize partner selection, program design, communication strategy, and success metrics
Scale Mexico onboarding support from pilot to phased nationwide rollout across in-person, phone, and online formats
Establish baseline engagement metrics and dashboards for both markets to measure delivery partner retention and program utilization
Build cross-functional alignment with operations, product, and field teams; define quarterly roadmap for Q2-Q3 initiatives
Achieve 15%+ improvement in delivery partner retention rates across Mexico and Brazil through optimized onboarding and rewards utilization
Scale Mexico Rewards Program to full-market deployment with measured activation rates and ROI by program type
Pilot and measure 2-3 new engagement initiatives during high-volume events (HVE) to test retention levers beyond rewards
Document playbooks and best practices for LATAM engagement programs to enable future expansion or handoff to local teams
KPIs You'll Own
Delivery Partner Retention Rate
Month-over-month and cohort retention for active flex partners, tracked by market and onboarding program variant.
Rewards Program Activation & Utilization
Percentage of enrolled delivery partners actively claiming/using rewards benefits; track by benefit type and frequency.
Onboarding Completion Rate
% of new delivery partners completing onboarding support touchpoints; measure conversion by channel (in-person, phone, online).
Engagement Campaign ROI
Cost per retained delivery partner and incremental productivity lift from appreciation campaigns during HVE periods.
Disengagement Churn Rate
Rate of delivery partners going inactive post-program intervention; identify cohorts at highest risk.

Benefits & Perks
Company Intelligence
Amazon Flex is Amazon's gig delivery network enabling independent contractors to deliver packages. The LATAM region is a growth priority with Brazil and Mexico as core markets. You'll be part of a team scaling engagement and retention for a critical supply-chain workforce.
Customers
Delivery partners (independent contractors); Amazon operations teams
Culture
Data-driven, customer-obsessed (in this case: delivery-partner-obsessed), bias for action, high accountability
Is This Role For You?
- You've run lifecycle or retention marketing programs at scale—loyalty platforms, rewards programs, or engagement campaigns with measurable churn impact
- You're comfortable working in Spanish or Portuguese; cultural fluency in LATAM markets is a real advantage
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence without direct authority—operations, product, field teams all report into different chains
- You're obsessed with data: you can define metrics, build dashboards, and iterate programs based on weekly/monthly learnings
- You see gig/contractor engagement as a strategic problem, not a one-time campaign problem
- You need a fully remote setup or flexibility on location—this role is on-site in Mexico City and requires regular Brazil travel
- You're looking for a pure brand or creative marketing role; this is operational program management with deep analytics requirements
- You can't operate in ambiguity or move fast; scaling from pilot to nationwide requires trade-offs, imperfect data, and rapid iteration
