The Challenge

Alphaville's in-house Studio Alpha is scaling their growth engine and needs a Senior Growth Marketer to run multicanal experiments across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp. You'll own the full funnel—from hypothesis testing to data analysis to strategic recommendations that directly impact sales.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and execute 8-12 A/B tests across channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) to identify top-performing growth levers

Audit and optimize all active marketing automation workflows in RD Station and CRM to improve conversion rates by 15%+

Build a weekly performance dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, and channel ROI across all digital touchpoints

4

Establish testing framework and hypothesis template with cross-functional stakeholders (BI, Sales, Creative)

By 6 Months

Scale winning experiments from 3m into full-funnel campaigns, targeting 25%+ improvement in conversion metrics

Own and optimize the complete customer journey across web, social, email, and SMS with segment-specific messaging

Deliver 4+ strategic growth recommendations grounded in data analysis to Marketing and Sales leadership

Mentor junior analysts and establish growth marketing best practices and documentation for the team

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Track channel-level and campaign-level CPA to identify most efficient growth levers

Conversion Rate by Channel

Monitor conversion performance across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and social to optimize messaging and targeting

A/B Test Win Rate

Measure statistically significant wins per testing cycle to validate hypotheses and scale winners

Email/SMS/Push Engagement Rate

Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates by segment to refine audience segmentation

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Monitor LTV trends by acquisition channel and cohort to ensure sustainable unit economics

For You If
  • You've run 50+ A/B tests and can speak confidently about statistical significance and sample size
  • You're equally comfortable with SQL queries, spreadsheets, and explaining findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • You thrive in dynamic environments where you're testing 10 hypotheses simultaneously across channels
  • You have 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth hacking roles with proven impact on CAC or LTV
Won't Work If
  • You prefer brand marketing or creative strategy over data-driven testing and optimization
  • You need remote flexibility—this is strictly on-site in São Paulo
  • You're uncomfortable managing multiple tools and platforms simultaneously (RD Station, CRM, analytics, automation)
