The Challenge

Almah is disrupting Brazil's condo management space with 300K+ units already using their platform. You'll own the growth engine—driving organic traffic, converting leads, and running relentless experiments to fuel their next growth phase.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing SEO performance and content gaps; deliver 3-month roadmap with quick wins (target: 15-20% organic traffic lift)

Set up A/B testing framework and run first 5 conversion experiments on key funnel pages (goal: 10%+ conversion rate improvement)

Build lead nurture automation workflows in RD Station; establish baseline metrics for email engagement and MQL-to-SQL velocity

4

Document audience insights from GA4 and Search Console; identify 5+ content/keyword opportunities aligned with sales funnel stages

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 40%+ organic traffic growth and establish repeatable SEO process (on-page, technical, content clusters)

Run 15+ CRO experiments with statistical significance; implement winning variants; document learnings framework

3

Scale lead automation to 3+ nurture journeys by user segment; achieve 25%+ MQL-to-SQL conversion rate

4

Present monthly growth dashboard to leadership with acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics; identify and execute 2 major growth levers

Organic Traffic

Total monthly sessions from organic search; target 15-20% QoQ growth in first 3 months.

Conversion Rate

Percentage of visitors completing key actions (trial signup, demo request); baseline and optimize through CRO testing.

MQL-to-SQL Conversion

Quality of leads from automations; track hand-off efficiency between marketing and sales.

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Blended organic + automation cost per customer acquired; optimize channel mix and funnel efficiency.

A/B Test Velocity

Number of statistically significant experiments launched per month; track learnings and implementation rate.

  • You've run SEO or CRO projects and can tie them to real business metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue)
  • You love A/B testing and have a hypothesis-first, data-second approach to growth
  • You're comfortable in a PJ contract structure and happy to work on-site 5 days/week
  • You can write SQL queries or pull reports yourself; you don't wait for dashboards to make decisions
Won't Work If
  • You need remote work or flexible location—this role is 100% on-site in one of three Brazilian cities
  • You prefer traditional employed contracts over PJ arrangements
  • You lack hands-on experience with SEO, CRO, or marketing automation—this is a junior role but expects foundational skills
