The Challenge
Align Technology dominates the orthodontic and dental tech space with Invisalign and iTero. You'll own France and Benelux marketing strategy, translating global priorities into local growth engines across two distinct customer bases (orthodontists, GPs, DSOs).
Your Mission
Map regional market landscape: Identify key KOLs, competitive positioning, and channel dynamics in France and Benelux; establish baseline adoption metrics for Invisalign and iTero
Audit and align marketing playbooks: Review existing campaigns, messaging, and digital activations; flag gaps against EMEA strategy and local market needs
Build cross-functional alignment: Establish cadence with Country Managers, EMEA Channel Leads, Clinical and Commercial teams; define decision-making framework
Launch quick-win campaign: Execute one high-impact digital or event-based activation targeting either ortho or GP segment to prove regional relevance
Deliver regional marketing strategy: Document France & Benelux 12-month strategy with channel-specific programs, KPI targets, and budget allocation tied to commercial growth
Scale digital adoption: Increase Align Digital Platform engagement by 25-35% across target segments through email, content, webinars, and automation
Execute 3-4 integrated campaigns: Launch professionally-led, multi-channel campaigns (minimum 1 per quarter) that blend thought leadership, clinical education, and conversion messaging
Establish thought leadership: Secure 5+ KOL partnerships and activate through events, content, or advisory roles; measure share-of-voice gains vs. competitors

Regional Marketing ROI
Revenue influence or pipeline contribution attributed to marketing campaigns by channel and segment; target 3:1 or higher return on marketing spend.
Digital Adoption Rate
% of target practitioners (orthodontists, GPs, DSOs) actively using Align Digital Platform or iTero; track monthly active users and engagement depth.
Campaign Performance Score
Blended KPI: reach, engagement rate, lead volume, conversion rate, and cost-per-lead across all digital and offline activations; benchmark weekly.
Customer Engagement NPS/Sentiment
Net Promoter Score or qualitative sentiment from post-campaign surveys and clinical advisory board feedback; track quarterly.
Market Share & Competitive Positioning
Invisalign and iTero adoption share vs. competitors in France and Benelux; measure share-of-voice, brand awareness lift, and clinical perception.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led regional or multi-market marketing strategy in B2B2C (esp. healthcare, SaaS, or professional services) and can translate global playbooks into local wins
- You thrive on ambiguity and building teams/processes from scratch; you're comfortable being a solo regional leader with matrixed support
- You're fluent in data: you define KPIs, build dashboards, and make decisions based on metrics, not gut feel
- You speak French and/or Dutch; you understand Western European healthcare/professional practice dynamics and can navigate regulatory nuance
- You need a fully remote setup or flexibility on location—this role is 5 days/week on-site in Paris with no negotiation
- You're unfamiliar with B2B healthcare, medical devices, or professional practice marketing; the clinical/practitioner audience is non-negotiable
- You want to own creative or brand design; this is a strategy, execution, and P&L leadership role—design/creative is matrixed
