The Challenge
Gaspers.ai is an AI-first agency automating marketing data analysis and reporting. You'll operate paid campaigns across Google Search and Meta while building strategy for a growing client portfolio in an early-stage, fully remote operation.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3-5 client campaigns across Google Search Ads and Meta Ads with clear performance baselines
Establish reporting cadence and deliver first month insights using Gaspers.ai platform to all assigned accounts
Reduce campaign setup time by 30% through process documentation and tool familiarity
Achieve initial CPA and ROI targets for at least 70% of active campaigns
Manage 8-12 concurrent client accounts with consistent month-over-month performance improvements
Identify and implement 5+ optimization recommendations that improve portfolio-wide ROI by 20%+
Build reusable campaign templates and playbooks to scale operations across new clients
Contribute strategic input to 2+ client growth strategies beyond day-to-day campaign management

Track acquisition cost efficiency across all active campaigns and client accounts.
ROI / ROAS
Measure return on ad spend to evaluate campaign profitability and optimization success.

Monitor conversion performance as a leading indicator of campaign and funnel health.
Client Retention / NPS
Track satisfaction and account stability across your portfolio of managed accounts.
Campaign Optimization Velocity
Measure speed of identifying and implementing performance improvements week-over-week.
