Your Mission
Master the brand voice and publish consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok with 100% on-brand messaging
Own the editorial calendar and deliver 12+ pieces of original creative (Reels, blog posts, newsletters) with zero rewrites
Support founders' personal branding with 4+ thought leadership pieces that position them as industry leaders
Establish baseline performance dashboard tracking engagement rate, UTM clicks, and audience growth week-over-week
Achieve 40%+ month-over-month engagement growth on founder profiles and company channels
Independently ideate and execute 3+ disruptive content formats (video series, interactive posts, trend-jacking) that outperform benchmarks
Build an AI-augmented workflow that cuts content production time by 30% without sacrificing quality
Present quarterly performance audit with insights on what works, attribution to business outcomes, and recommendations for channel optimization

Track quality interaction across all channels; target 5%+ on organic posts
Reach & Impressions
Measure content visibility; benchmark against industry standards for B2B tech

Is This Role For You?
- You're a digital native fluent in social platforms and comfortable experimenting with TikTok, Reels, and emerging formats
- You have Canva and CapCut skills (or learn them fast) and understand the full content production pipeline
- You're curious about AI tools and already use ChatGPT or similar to boost productivity
- You care about data—UTM tracking, engagement metrics, and ROI aren't foreign concepts to you
- You have flawless French and English written communication (typos are career killers here)
- You think vanity metrics (likes, followers) matter more than attribution and business impact
- You need a fully remote setup or flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris
- You're uncomfortable with the pace of content production or can't handle feedback on creative work
- You lack hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or modern social platforms
