3

Execute first 2-3 cohesive campaign cycles with post analysis on engagement, reach, and conversion attribution

4

Establish tracking system and baseline KPIs for all influencer partnerships with weekly performance reporting

By 6 Months
1

Scale to 30+ active creator relationships with repeat collaboration and expansion deals with top 20% performers

2

Hit $X in attributed revenue/leads from influencer partnerships and document ROI by channel and creator tier

3

Build scalable ambassador program with 3-5 long-term brand advocates and recurring content calendar

4

Refine partnership models based on performance data-shift budget and strategy toward highest-converting creator segments

Company Intelligence

24 Seven Talent appears to be an early-stage beauty or skincare brand looking to scale through influencer partnerships. They're building out their growth marketing function and need someone to own creator strategy end-to-end.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing or creator partnership experience in beauty, skincare, or closely adjacent categories
  • You're comfortable with contract work and managing yourself while staying aligned with a small team
  • You think in metrics-you obsess over engagement rates, conversion attribution, and ROI, not just follower counts
  • You can juggle outreach, negotiations, content review, and analytics without dropping balls
  • You have existing relationships or sourcing skills in the beauty creator ecosystem (a real edge)
Won't Work If
  • You've never worked in beauty, skincare, wellness, or a directly adjacent lifestyle category-the learning curve will slow you down
  • You prefer being told exactly what to do; this role demands you own the strategy and proactively solve problems
  • You can't track or care about ROI; this is a performance-driven role and you'll need to prove impact monthly

Interview Process

1

Initial Screening

Chat with hiring manager on your influencer marketing background, beauty category experience, and what you'd do in first 90 days

2

Portfolio & Case Study Review

Walk through 2-3 past campaigns: creator selection, negotiation outcomes, content performance, and what you'd do differently

3

Strategy Exercise

Presented with a hypothetical early-stage skincare brand; you outline your influencer strategy, creator tiers, and first-month action plan (1-2 hours)

4

Final Conversation

Meet the founder or Head of Marketing; discuss company vision, your role in scaling, and logistics of part-time contract work
