2

Build and launch comprehensive product merchandising strategy across homepage, category pages, and PDPs with visual optimization targets

Establish baseline ecommerce KPI dashboard tracking revenue, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and ROI with weekly reporting cadence

4

Map out customer lifecycle email flows (welcome, browse, cart abandon, post-purchase) and identify immediate optimization opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Execute 4+ seasonal/campaign launches with documented revenue impact and post-mortems identifying 20%+ improvement opportunities

2

Scale email revenue contribution by 25%+ through list growth initiatives, segmentation improvements, and retention programs

3

Develop and present quarterly strategic recommendations to leadership with actionable insights from site behavior, customer data, and competitive analysis

4

Train and document marketing processes to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration on product setup, merchandising, and promotional campaigns

Company Intelligence

Growing direct-to-consumer fashion retail brand with strong ecommerce presence. They're scaling digital marketing operations and need a hands-on manager to drive revenue through email, paid media, and strategic merchandising.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 5+ email campaigns per month and obsess over open rates, CTR, and revenue impact
  • You're fluent in Shopify and Klaviyo-not just conceptually, but day-to-day platform power user level
  • You love translating data into action: you see a 2% drop in conversion rate and immediately hypothesize why
  • You thrive in on-site, collaborative environments and can balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution
  • You've managed ecommerce initiatives (product launches, seasonal campaigns) with documented revenue results
Won't Work If
  • You need Slack-first async culture-this is on-site and collaborative, requiring in-person alignment
  • You're unfamiliar with Shopify and Klaviyo specifically (learnable, but not ideal for day-one impact)
  • You prefer strategy-only roles; this is 50% execution and 50% strategy with real campaign management responsibilities
  • You're not comfortable with ambiguity on team structure or reporting (details not fully provided)

Interview Process

Phone Screen

In-person / Virtual Interview

Meet with senior leadership to discuss strategic vision, organizational fit, and approach to ecommerce scaling
