Your Mission
Launch 3 integrated multi-channel campaigns (email + paid + webinar) with baseline metrics documented
Establish campaign cadence with SDR and Sales teams; align on SLA for lead quality and follow-up timing
Map current martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach) and audit data integrity across systems
Deliver first month-over-month pipeline attribution report showing lead source performance and ROI by channel
Achieve target: 500+ MQLs/month with >25% conversion to sales meetings; track and optimize by channel
Scale ABM program to 50+ target accounts with personalized nurture tracks; measure account engagement lift
Build sustainable email nurture engine: 5+ active segments with >20% click-through rates and measurable pipeline velocity
Reduce cost per qualified lead by 20% through channel optimization, audience segmentation, and vendor negotiation

Pipeline Influenced Revenue

Total spend across channels divided by leads generated; track by channel and optimize quarterly.
