Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst who wants to help our global clients succeed and our team continues growing. You will directly contribute to transforming our international clients' businesses by running and activating digital marketing campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals.

- Work directly with our agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns for global clients, following their guidelines and their business KPIs.
- Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives. Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the social media platforms. Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
- Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
- Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
- Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies and vendors.
Assist to Digital Media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates. Connect daily with global account team over email, IM and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables. Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client. Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group. Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing source. Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results.
Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field. English Level B2 or above. Minimum 2- 3+ years of experience running digital media advertising campaigns in two or more platforms related to Paid Social, Paid Search, and/or Programmatic such as Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tik Tok for Business, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Shopping, DV360, TTD, and/or Campaign Manager, etc. Intermediate Excel Knowledge. Good Communication skills. Result oriented skills. Attention to details skills. Analytical skills. Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow.
