About the job
Support the design and development of customer commercial plans and ensure their execution at the point of sale (POS). Align regional guidelines with local market needs by coordinating the development of materials required for brand activations across different channels. Monitor the timely achievement of business objectives and prepare performance reports to track channel execution and customer results.
Main Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Decision-Making: Lead the development and optimization of Trade Marketing strategies for the Distributor channel by providing data-driven recommendations based on market analysis, customer insights, investment performance, and business priorities. Commercial Investment Strategy: Lead the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of commercial investments (A&P and Gross-to-Net), providing data-driven recommendations to improve investment efficiency, measure promotional effectiveness, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary Trade Marketing business partner for Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Marketing, and external distributors, influencing key decisions and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to achieve channel objectives. Business Performance Analysis: Generate actionable business insights through advanced analysis of distributor sales (sell-in), consumer sales (sell-out), distribution, return on investment (ROI), and execution metrics, translating data into strategic recommendations that drive commercial performance. Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of key channel initiatives, commercial programs, sales force incentive schemes, and execution models, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
About you
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Market Research, or related commercial functions within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry. Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Languages: intermediate English level
