The Challenge

obendy® powers customer relationship management for France's biggest banks and insurers. You'll own NPS, user research, and product insights that directly influence how 100M+ customers experience financial services.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Set up and launch 3+ NPS + satisfaction surveys across customer segments; establish baseline metrics

2

Conduct first round of user testing; document 20+ actionable feedback items for product team

3

Build dashboard tracking 5+ core performance indicators; present findings to stakeholders

4

Document best practices from competitor research; propose 2-3 quick wins to optimize survey processes

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end NPS program; demonstrate month-over-month improvement in satisfaction scores

Execute 8+ user testing cycles; translate insights into validated product recommendations

3

Build predictive model identifying at-risk customer segments from survey data

4

Present quarterly insights reports to leadership; influence product roadmap decisions with data

KPIs You'll Own

NPS Score

Track Net Promoter Score across customer segments; target month-over-month improvement of 2-3 points

Survey Response Rate

Monitor completion rates on satisfaction surveys; benchmark against SaaS industry standard of 25-35%

User Test Velocity

Count monthly user testing sessions completed; target 2-3 tests per week minimum

Insight Implementation Rate

Percentage of user research findings that translate into product changes or feature prioritization
