Accountabilities:

The Staff Marketing Analyst will serve as a strategic analytics leader responsible for connecting marketing performance data with business outcomes. The role requires ownership of measurement frameworks, reporting ecosystems, and analytical strategies that enable smarter investment decisions and sustainable growth.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define budget allocation strategies, channel performance insights, and long-term growth opportunities through data-driven recommendations.

  • Own end-to-end marketing performance analytics across acquisition, lifecycle, direct mail, partnership, and paid channels.

  • Develop and enhance advanced measurement approaches, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, funnel analysis, and ROI evaluation.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that provide a trusted source of truth for marketing performance and efficiency.

  • Improve marketing data foundations by collaborating with analytics engineering teams on data models, pipelines, definitions, and reliability standards.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Establish best practices for experimentation, documentation, data storytelling, and self-service analytics across marketing teams.

  • Support the continuous improvement of marketing analytics capabilities through mentorship, enablement, and strategic guidance.

Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in marketing analytics, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to influence strategic decisions through data. This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, business judgment, and strong communication skills.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance measurement, or a related analytical field.

  • Proven ability to influence marketing strategy and business decisions at a senior stakeholder level.

  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including attribution, incrementality analysis, experimentation, and ROI modeling.

  • Experience evaluating performance across multiple marketing channels and understanding how channels contribute to overall growth.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience using Python or R for analysis, modeling, experimentation, or automation.

  • Strong data quality mindset with experience improving analytics infrastructure, data definitions, and reporting reliability.

  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to technical and executive audiences.

  • Experience building dashboards, enabling self-service analytics, and improving analytical capabilities across teams.

  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment.

  • Preferred experience in financial services, fintech, ecommerce, subscription businesses, or other data-intensive industries.

  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as ESPs, CDPs, and related data ecosystems is a plus.
