AVIV is Europe's leading real estate tech platform (backed by KKR) with SeLoger, Meilleurs Agents, and Belles Demeures reaching millions monthly. You'll own the analytics backbone driving strategic decisions across a multi-brand, multi-market operation entering rapid growth phase.
Your Mission
Audit existing tracking infrastructure across web/app and establish baseline data quality metrics for GA4, Adjust, and BigQuery
Design and launch 3-5 automated dashboards covering core marketing channels (SEA, SEO, CRM, Display) with real-time performance visibility
Implement alerting system to flag performance anomalies vs. business targets across all brands/markets
Document data flows and create runbook for stakeholder training on new reporting infrastructure
Build forecasting models for traffic and leads across brands/markets; deliver quarterly growth opportunity reports
Execute 2-3 incrementality studies or attribution model tests in collaboration with data team to optimize ROAS
Migrate legacy dashboards to scalable, multi-brand architecture; reduce manual reporting by 70%
Own end-to-end tag management strategy; reduce tracking gaps by 90% and establish SLA for tag health

Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped 3+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or growth analytics roles—you know the difference between a metric and a metric that matters
- You're fluent in SQL, GA4, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Looker); you can diagnose tracking issues and write basic transforms
- You thrive translating messy, multi-source data into dashboards stakeholders actually use and iterate based on feedback
- You're equally comfortable with rapid ad-hoc analysis and building scalable systems; you don't mind both exploratory work and infrastructure
- You need remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in Paris with no flexibility mentioned
- You're allergic to ambiguity; this is a high-growth environment where you'll define analytics strategy as you go, not follow a playbook
- You've only worked in-house on single-channel analytics; multi-brand, multi-market complexity at this scale is different
