The Challenge
Volkswagen Group France is transforming mobility with sustainable solutions across 6 brands. You'll own CRM strategy, digital marketing, and event execution for their used vehicle labels and fleet business—reporting directly into a high-visibility marketing function.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize lead flow across CRM sources, establish baseline KPI dashboard (lead volume, open rates, conversion)
Map digital touchpoints across 5 used vehicle sites, identify quick wins with Germany/Spain dev teams
Launch first local dealer communication campaign for new VO labels with PLV assets
Coordinate and execute 2 internal or partner events (product launch, sales convention) end-to-end
Implement automated CRM reporting framework; grow lead-to-qualified-lead conversion by 15%+
Redesign one full digital marketing funnel for used vehicles; measure lift in site traffic and conversion
Build scalable PLV management playbook and inventory system across 5 labels; reduce fulfillment time by 25%
Deliver 4+ events (mixof fleet/B2B, experiential, roadshow); own post-event analytics and ROI reporting

Lead Volume & Quality Score
Track weekly lead intake by source, segment by qualified vs unqualified, measure time-to-first-contact.
Email Engagement (Open Rate, Click Rate, Conversion)
Monitor campaign performance across CRM email sends to corporate and fleet buyers.
Site Performance Metrics
Measure traffic, bounce rate, form submissions, and conversion rates across 5 used vehicle digital properties.
Event ROI & Attendance
Track registrations, attendance, lead capture, and post-event engagement for each event.
PLV Fulfillment Cycle Time
Days from order to delivery for point-of-sale materials across dealer network.

- You're pursuing a Bac+5 degree and want hands-on marketing operations experience in a Fortune 500 corporate
- You're comfortable juggling CRM data, digital campaigns, events, and PLV logistics in parallel—and actually enjoy process optimization
- You speak English fluently (required for collaboration with Germany/Spain teams) and have at least one prior marketing or comms internship
- You thrive in a structured, metrics-driven environment and love owning outcomes from lead capture through event ROI
- You want a pure creative role—this is ops-heavy: reporting, lead management, inventory, and coordination dominate the day
- You're looking for fully remote; this is on-site in Roissy (near Paris CDG)
- You prefer working on a single project; you'll juggle 5 CRM streams, 5 digital properties, events, and dealer comms simultaneously
