The Challenge
Bonsoirs is a fast-growing premium home linen brand (founded 2017) expanding across France and Europe. You'll build CRM from the ground up as a core growth engine, owning customer retention, repeat purchase frequency, and lifetime value across email, WhatsApp, loyalty, and omnichannel touchpoints.
Your Mission
Audit existing CRM stack, data infrastructure, and customer segmentation—map gaps and quick wins
Define and present CRM vision & roadmap aligned with LTV and retention targets to leadership
Launch 2-3 high-impact segmented campaigns (new customer, repeat, VIP, win-back) with baseline performance metrics
Build foundational CRM dashboards tracking repurchase rate, frequency, LTV contribution, and channel ROI
Scale advanced segmentation logic (RFM, predictive churn, propensity scoring) across email and WhatsApp
Implement A/B testing framework for subject lines, send times, personalization, and creative—lock in learning rituals
Grow repeat customer rate by 15-20% and increase average order frequency through orchestrated lifecycle campaigns
Establish cross-functional CRM governance—weekly syncs with marketing, data, e-commerce, retail teams on KPIs and roadmap

- You can manage upward (CMO, founder) and across (marketing, data, e-commerce, retail)—you're a strategic operator, not just a tactician
- You're excited by omnichannel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-store)—you see CRM as a brand experience lever, not just a conversion tool
- You need full remote or hybrid flexibility—this role is on-site, Paris, full-time
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or building processes from scratch—Bonsoirs is still scaling and things won't be perfect
