The Challenge

Ten Lifestyle Group is redefining luxury service delivery for millions of high-net-worth members across 50+ enterprise clients. You'll own the entire CRM engine—from strategy to execution to optimization—using Braze to drive engagement, retention, and revenue across lifestyle, travel, dining, and entertainment experiences.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and document current email marketing workflows; identify gaps in segmentation and personalization across customer lifecycle

Design and launch 3 optimized email campaigns (newsletter, onboarding, re-engagement) with baseline metrics and testing frameworks

Become fluent in Braze Canvas, Liquid templating, and segmentation; conduct internal training sessions

4

Establish baseline KPI dashboard tracking open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates across all touchpoints

By 6 Months

Build and deploy an end-to-end customer lifecycle journey (acquisition → activation → retention → advocacy) in Braze with dynamic personalization

Increase email engagement by 25% YoY through A/B testing on subject lines, send times, content, and audience segments

Reduce churn rate by 15% through targeted win-back and loyalty campaigns based on member behavior and lifecycle stage

Document and present quarterly CRM performance review to leadership with actionable recommendations for channel optimization and revenue impact

Percentage of email recipients completing desired action (booking, purchase, sign-up); tie directly to revenue impact.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

Track revenue generated per member segment; measure CRM's contribution to retention and upsell.

Unsubscribe & Complaint Rate

Keep below 0.5% to maintain sender reputation and platform deliverability with ISPs.

Segment Performance

Compare engagement and conversion across VIP, standard, and inactive member segments to refine targeting.
