The Challenge

Softline Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency helping SMBs grow through data-driven campaigns. You'll own the creative strategy and execution of lifecycle & CRM experiences for clients like Closets by Design and Brio—architecting customer journeys that convert, not just look good.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Establish creative standards and testing framework for email/SMS across all client accounts; document wins in playbook

Lead team through first sprint cycle with 100% on-time delivery of high-volume email deployments

Conduct full-funnel creative audit on 2-3 key accounts; identify and execute 5+ data-backed optimizations (subject lines, CTAs, layouts)

Train team on mobile-first design, dark mode optimization, and accessibility best practices for email rendering
