Your Mission
Establish creative standards and testing framework for email/SMS across all client accounts; document wins in playbook
Lead team through first sprint cycle with 100% on-time delivery of high-volume email deployments
Conduct full-funnel creative audit on 2-3 key accounts; identify and execute 5+ data-backed optimizations (subject lines, CTAs, layouts)
Train team on mobile-first design, dark mode optimization, and accessibility best practices for email rendering
Scale playbook to 10+ documented A/B test frameworks (subject lines, imagery, CTA placement) with measurable lift data
Mentor mid-level designer into senior-level independent contributor; demonstrate 3+ self-initiated campaign improvements
Increase average email open rates across portfolio by 15-20% through iterative creative testing and personalization
Establish Gen AI workflow integration; document and train team on 3+ use cases that cut production time by 25%+
