The Challenge
OneMagnify is an AI-native B2B digital agency that helps complex orgs drive measurable outcomes through smarter customer experiences. You'll lead CRM strategy across major accounts, embedding AI into lifecycle programs and mentoring a team of strategists to compound impact over time.
Your Mission
Audit and establish baseline measurement frameworks across 2-3 major accounts; identify quick wins in segmentation or personalization
Build credibility in senior client settings by delivering one strategic CRM roadmap that connects lifecycle to revenue objectives
Assess team capability gaps and launch AI fluency program for 3-5 strategists
Document platform playbooks for Salesforce, Adobe, and Braze covering scoring, segmentation, and orchestration
Drive 15%+ lift in engagement or conversion across major account lifecycle programs through AI-assisted decisioning
Scale predictive segmentation and next-best-action logic to 2+ client accounts as standard practice
Mentor team to independently own client strategy conversations; promote one strategist to senior role or expand headcount
Build proprietary CRM + AI playbook that becomes repeatable IP across agency

Client Lifecycle Program Lift
Measure engagement, conversion, or revenue impact of CRM programs you oversee; target 10-20% improvement YoY.
Strategic Account Retention
Net retention and expansion revenue across your managed accounts; ensure zero churn on major clients.
Team Delivery Velocity & Quality
Strategist utilization, project delivery on-time, and client satisfaction scores on strategy work.
AI Adoption & Platform Capability
Count of predictive models, generative content workflows, and automated orchestration deployed across accounts.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led CRM strategy in agency or enterprise for 5+ years and can credibly advise C-suite clients
- You're fluent in at least 2-3 major platforms (SFMC, Adobe, Braze, Dynamics) and excited about AI/ML in marketing
- You think like an operator: you care about measurement, iteration, and compounding impact, not just deliverables
- You want to build and mentor a team while staying hands-on with strategy and client relationships
- You're energized by complexity: B2B accounts, omnichannel programs, and translating data into strategy
- You need remote flexibility or work-from-home days; this is full-time on-site in Detroit
- You're tactical-first: you prefer hands-on campaign execution over strategy, leadership, and client advisory
- You're not comfortable with AI/ML concepts or learning new platform capabilities quickly
- You shy away from managing people or prefer to stay in an individual contributor role
