Novartis is betting big on CRM transformation across the US enterprise. You'll own the innovation engine—building the lab, running the pilots, and embedding next-gen capabilities that stick. This is hands-on strategy meets execution at scale.
Your Mission
Define and socialize the CRM Labs vision and strategy with VP, business unit leaders, and IT stakeholders
Recruit and onboard core CRM Labs team (innovation, prototyping, agile delivery specialists)
Launch 2-3 high-priority CRM pilot programs with clear ROI targets and success metrics
Establish governance framework, decision rights, and escalation processes for innovation initiatives
Deliver measurable business value from pilots: track ROI, cycle time, stakeholder satisfaction, cost savings
Scale 1-2 successful pilots into operational capabilities across user groups and business functions
Build strategic vendor/partner ecosystem (evaluate and integrate best-in-class solutions)
Evangelize CRM Labs impact across org: present results to leadership forums, sales, business units

- You've led large-scale CRM transformation (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms) in pharma, healthcare, or enterprise commercial
- You live for the intersection of strategy and execution—defining vision AND shipping pilots that matter
- You're comfortable in complex, regulated environments where governance and change enablement aren't afterthoughts
- You can recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing innovation teams while staying hands-on with prototyping and agile delivery
- You need remote flexibility—this is on-site only in New Jersey
- You're purely strategic or purely tactical; this role demands both
- You haven't shipped enterprise-scale CRM transformations or don't understand Salesforce/Veeva workflows deeply
