Benefits & Perks
Company Intelligence
Mount Sinai Health System is a world-class integrated healthcare delivery network spanning NYC with premier hospitals, research centers, and clinical services. They're modernizing patient engagement through enterprise marketing technology and digital-first initiatives. This is mission-driven work in a regulated, complex healthcare environment.
Customers
Patients across NYC; consumer health seekers
Culture
Healthcare-driven, compliance-focused, mission-oriented, collaborative across clinical and technical teams
Is This Role For You?
- You've architected Salesforce solutions at scale—particularly Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, or Data Cloud in enterprise settings
- You thrive in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2); compliance isn't a box to check, it's a feature you build
- You're equally comfortable in the weeds (configuration, API integration) and at the strategy table (roadmap, vendor partnerships)
- You want to drive real patient engagement outcomes—not just campaign metrics—in a mission-driven organization
- You communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision
- You prefer hands-off leadership; this role is 40% execution, 60% strategy—you code and configure regularly
- Healthcare compliance feels like bureaucratic overhead rather than a design principle
- You need remote flexibility; this is on-site in NYC despite the job title suggesting remote work
- You're looking for quick wins; healthcare tech transformation is a 12-24 month journey
