The Challenge
Monster Energy isn't playing it safe—they're looking for someone to own their global CRM and web ecosystem across international markets. You'll drive engagement and conversion through integrated CDP, email, SMS, and mobile strategies while mentoring teams and establishing processes that scale.
Your Mission
Audit current CRM tech stack, CDP integrations, and web platforms across regions; identify gaps in data flow and segmentation logic
Establish global documentation, process standards, and compliance frameworks for CRM and web operations across all markets
Launch initial A/B testing roadmap for email, SMS, and mobile campaigns; establish baseline KPIs for acquisition, retention, and LTV
Onboard and align with Regional Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Creative teams on strategic priorities and operational roadmap
Design and implement unified segmentation logic and personalization strategy across CRM and web platforms for 3+ key markets
Optimize email, SMS, and mobile campaign performance; achieve 15%+ uplift in key conversion or retention metrics vs. baseline
Deploy localized website enhancements reflecting global brand standards; increase UX consistency scores and site performance benchmarks
Build and mentor CRM/CDP team; establish quarterly innovation sprints and cross-functional collaboration protocols with Brand, Media, and Analytics
KPIs You'll Own
Email/SMS Conversion Rate
Track conversion performance across CRM campaigns by segment and market; target 15%+ improvement through A/B testing and personalization.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Monitor LTV trends by cohort and region; measure impact of retention programs and segmentation on overall customer value.
Unsubscribe/Opt-out Rate
Maintain compliance and engagement quality; target <0.5% unsubscribe rates through cadence optimization and relevance testing.
Website Engagement & Performance
Track bounce rate, pages per session, and time on site; measure uplift from localization and UX enhancements.
CDP Data Quality Score
Establish baseline; ensure accurate segmentation logic and data flows between CRM and web platforms for reliable targeting.

- You need full remote flexibility—this is on-site in Corona, CA
- You've never led or mentored a team; this role requires 3-5 years in a management capacity
- You're not comfortable with international complexity, compliance, and localization trade-offs
- You prefer being hands-off from data and segmentation; you need to partner deeply with CDP and Analytics
