The Challenge

Monkey is simplifying financial transactions for enterprises and their supply chains through fintech innovation. You'll own the entire lifecycle marketing strategy, building sophisticated multi-channel journeys in Braze that directly drive activation, engagement, and retention across a growing customer base.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Braze instance, map existing journeys, and establish governance framework for tool ownership

Build 3-5 core behavioral segmentations aligned with customer lifecycle stages (prospect → activation → retention)

Design and launch first multi-channel lifecycle campaign with clear success metrics (open rate, conversion, retention lift)

Document LGPD compliance protocols for all lifecycle communications

By 6 Months
1

Execute 8-10 A/B tests optimizing message copy, send timing, and channel mix with >15% improvement targets

Establish automated onboarding, engagement, and churn prevention journeys reducing manual touchpoints by 40%

Partner with Analytics to build real-time dashboard tracking activation, engagement, and retention KPIs

4

Create playbooks and documentation enabling Growth Strategy and Enablement teams to scale campaigns independently

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built lifecycle campaigns in Braze or similar platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable) and can show concrete retention/activation wins
  • You're obsessed with A/B testing and have a track record of incrementally improving metrics through experimentation
  • You can translate business goals into segmentation strategies and automated journey logic without hand-holding
  • You're comfortable working on-site in São Paulo and value being part of a cross-functional growth team
  • You speak fluent Portuguese or Spanish—bonus points for both
Won't Work If
  • You've only worked in email marketing without exposure to multi-channel orchestration or advanced segmentation
  • You need remote flexibility—this is on-site only
  • You lack hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; theoretical knowledge won't cut it
  • You're uncomfortable with data analysis and prefer creative-only marketing work
