The Challenge

Legends Global partners with universities to drive ticket sales and fundraising revenue. You'll own the analytical backbone transforming raw CRM and ticketing data into the strategic plays that move revenue-reporting directly to the VP of Ticket Sales and becoming the trusted data voice in the room.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current data ecosystem across Salesforce, Paciolan, and ancillary systems-identify integration gaps and build a 90-day roadmap to unify data flows

Build and deploy lead scoring model to prioritize 500+ prospects across season tickets, single games, and corporate hospitality-measure lift within first campaigns

Design demand signal dashboard with automated alerts for peak sales windows-embed into weekly sales team workflows

4

Document and train sales/service teams on CRM best practices-establish baseline adoption metrics and weekly coaching cadence

By 6 Months
1

Launch propensity modeling and capacity scoring frameworks-quantify revenue uplift vs. legacy manual prioritization

Develop annual renewal and new sales price modeling-deliver 3-year revenue forecast and pricing recommendations to executive leadership

Bring advanced segmentation in-house, reducing vendor dependency-migrate 2-3 key third-party analyses to Salesforce automation

4

Implement AI-assisted sales enablement (WolfCycle) with full campaign logic and A/B testing infrastructure-track performance lift and ROI

KPIs You'll Own

Revenue Forecast Accuracy

Measure your annual and quarterly forecast variance vs. actual-target <5% error within 6 months.

Lead Scoring Conversion Lift

Track conversion rate of top-ranked vs. bottom-ranked prospects-prove the model drives better outcomes.

CRM Adoption & Data Quality

Monitor sales team logging consistency, field completion rates, and data freshness-ensure 90%+ daily active user engagement.

Dashboard Time-to-Decision

Measure time from insight surfacing to sales intervention-aim to compress 5-day cycles to 24-hour response windows.

Automated Reporting Coverage

Track % of recurring reports automated-goal: eliminate manual reporting for 80% of standard deliverables.
