The Challenge

Ledgent Technology is building a global enterprise CRM platform that powers sales, marketing, and customer service across regions. You'll own the strategic vision and roadmap for this mission-critical system, ensuring it drives adoption, enables personalization, and evolves with business needs.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current CRM platform adoption metrics, pain points, and stakeholder priorities across business functions

2

Define and socialize a 12-18 month CRM product roadmap aligned to enterprise growth and customer experience goals

3

Establish governance structure and decision-making cadence with CRM Product Owners and cross-functional partners

4

Identify top 3-5 quick-win initiatives to drive early momentum and demonstrate platform value

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 2-3 prioritized CRM enhancements from roadmap, tracking adoption lift and business impact metrics

Increase CRM user engagement and adoption by 20%+ through targeted change management and value communication

3

Establish competitive intelligence baseline and emerging tech assessment (AI personalization, data capabilities, etc.)

4

Build vendor relationship strategy for MS Dynamics and evaluate next-gen CRM technologies against business requirements

CRM Platform Adoption Rate

Percentage of eligible users actively using CRM monthly; target 15%+ quarterly growth

Feature Usage & Engagement

Track adoption of new roadmap deliverables and user engagement depth by department

Business Impact ROI

Measure CRM-driven outcomes: sales velocity, customer retention, support efficiency gains attributed to platform

Stakeholder Satisfaction NPS

Quarterly feedback from business partners and end-users on CRM value and roadmap relevance

Roadmap Delivery %

On-time, on-spec delivery of committed initiatives vs. planned cadence

  • You're fluent in translating business strategy into product priorities and managing stakeholder trade-offs
  • You thrive as a connector between messy business problems and technical delivery teams
  • You're energized by owning end-to-end product lifecycles—from ideation through optimization and sunsetting
  • You have 5+ years of product management experience with proven track record of driving user adoption

  • You need 100% remote—this role requires 1-2 days/week on-site in Denver
  • You prefer hands-on IC work over cross-functional leadership and strategic vision-setting
  • You lack experience with CRM platforms or enterprise software adoption challenges
