The Challenge

Fundação Cásper Líbero—80 years of shaping Brazilian media across radio, TV, sports, and publishing—needs you to own their CRM engine. You'll configure automation workflows, segment audiences, and optimize conversion funnels across multiple brands and touchpoints.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current CRM setup (RD Station/HubSpot); identify gaps in tagging, segmentation, and data hygiene

Launch 2-3 core automated journeys (lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement) aligned to the sales funnel

Establish baseline metrics dashboard: open rates, click rates, conversion rate, and engagement by segment

Build and execute first data segmentation project (e.g., by audience type, content preference, funnel stage)

By 6 Months

Scale automation to 5+ active journeys with A/B testing on 2 key flows; measure uplift vs. baseline

Reduce lead-to-contact conversion time by 20% through journey optimization and better timing

Own monthly CRM health report: data quality, list growth, engagement trends, and recommendations

Train content and sales teams on CRM best practices; establish SLAs for lead routing and follow-up

Track campaign performance across segments; aim for 20%+ open rate and 3%+ CTR.

Lead-to-Conversion Rate

Measure conversion efficiency by journey and segment; identify bottlenecks for optimization.

List Quality Score

Monitor data hygiene: bounce rate, engagement decay, and segment health on a monthly basis.

Funnel Progression

Track leads moving through funnel stages (awareness → consideration → decision); identify drop-off points.

Automation ROI

Calculate revenue generated per automated journey vs. manual campaigns to justify continued investment.
