The Challenge
Einstein Hospital is a 70-year-old healthcare leader innovating across education, research, and patient care. You'll own the CRM strategy across 8 education verticals—from technical high school to doctoral programs—driving enrollment, engagement, and lifetime value at scale.
Your Mission
Audit current CRM setup across all education verticals in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; identify fragmentation and create unified governance framework
Map customer journeys for top 3 education products (high school, graduation, postgraduate); define entry points, touchpoints, and conversion gates
Establish baseline CRM KPI dashboard tracking deliverability, open rate, click-through, conversion, and ROI by vertical
Design and launch first A/B test on email nurture sequences for acquisition funnel with measurable uplift targets
Build and optimize omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) for full acquisition-to-retention lifecycle across all 8 verticals
Implement advanced segmentation and behavioral automation in SFMC; achieve 25%+ engagement lift vs. baseline
Develop churn prevention and reactivation campaigns for alumni/past students; establish LTV and retention metrics
Create cross-sell/upsell playbooks for graduation→postgraduate and technical→degree pathways; measure incremental revenue contribution
KPIs You'll Own
Email Deliverability & Engagement
Track inbox placement rate, open rate, and click-through rate by segment and vertical to optimize sender reputation and content relevance.
Conversion Rate & Revenue per Segment
Measure enrollment conversions, application submissions, and incremental revenue driven by CRM campaigns vs. control groups.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Calculate revenue per student across all education products over time; identify high-value acquisition channels and cohorts.
Churn & Reactivation Rate
Monitor alumni engagement decline and measure success of win-back campaigns to reduce churn and drive program re-enrollment.
Campaign ROI & Marketing Mix
Track cost-per-acquisition, return-on-ad-spend, and attribution across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push channels.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led CRM strategy or lifecycle marketing campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment and can speak to real metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, ROI)
- You're fluent in Salesforce Marketing Cloud—journey orchestration, automation, segmentation, and data governance are second nature
- You love analyzing data and turning insights into action; Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) are in your toolkit
- You thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and can coordinate across marketing, product, sales, and commercial teams
- You're excited about edtech/healthcare and see enrollment and student engagement as a meaningful growth lever
- You're expecting remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in São Paulo, 8am–6pm daily
- You lack hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; theory alone won't cut it here
- You've only done campaign execution and lack strategic vision for multi-channel journey design, segmentation, and optimization
- You're uncomfortable with SQL, Python, or data manipulation; this role requires analytical depth beyond pivot tables
