The Challenge
CHAMP Digital needs a CRM architect who can own the entire customer journey—from strategy through creative execution to ROI proof. You'll work directly with clients, building sophisticated automation flows that drive measurable revenue growth.
Your Mission
Audit and map 3-4 existing client lifecycle flows in Klaviyo/HubSpot; identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
Design and deploy 2 end-to-end campaign sequences (welcome + abandoned cart) with documented performance baselines
Build 5+ mobile-responsive email templates in Figma aligned to client brand standards
Lead 3+ client strategy calls presenting CRM roadmaps and ROI projections
Architect and launch win-back and loyalty loop automations across portfolio; target 15%+ lift in repeat purchase rate
Establish standardized A/B testing framework; run 8+ tests across campaigns with documented learnings
Train clients on their own CRM platforms; reduce dependency on your hands-on support by 30%
Build quarterly business reviews with predictive analytics; prove $X revenue attribution per client

Baseline and track improvements across campaigns; target 25%+ for segmented flows.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Monitor CTR by campaign and flow type; measure impact of copy and design changes.

Track revenue generated per email/SMS send; tie back to lifecycle stage and segment.
Unsubscribe & Spam Rate
Keep below 0.2% and 0.1% respectively; indicator of list health and relevance.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Impact
Measure revenue lift from lifecycle campaigns vs. control; prove ROI to clients.
Automation Flow Completion Rate
Track how many users complete triggered sequences; optimize trigger logic and messaging.
