Monday- Friday, 40 hours per weekWe are seeking a HubSpot Email Template & Campaign Specialist for a 90-day contract engagement focused on building a scalable, high-performing email foundation within HubSpot.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who combines technical HubSpot expertise, the ability to recognize opportunities for reusability, optimizing email performance and creating logical campaign workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Email Template Development
- Build reusable, modular templates
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and brand alignment
- Engagement & Tracking Optimization
- Standardize UTM parameters and tracking
- Enable measurable engagement points
- Lead Generation Enablement
- Optimize templates for conversions and personalization
- Campaign Build & QA Support
- Configure workflows, lists, and QA processes
- Documentation & Reusability
- Document template usage and naming conventions
Requirements
- HubSpot email and campaign experience (4- 5 years of experience)
- HTML and CSS
- Understanding of email performance metrics
- Experience with workflows, lists, and personalization
- Strong QA attention to detail
