Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped CRM transformations in regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, biotech) and know compliance isn't a checkbox
- You're fluent in Salesforce architecture and can bridge business requirements ↔ technical execution without hand-waving
- You thrive in matrix orgs—you'll unblock Sales, Medical, IT, Compliance, and Legal simultaneously
- You obsess over user adoption; you've run beta programs, gathered feedback loops, and redesigned based on real usage data
- You want to shape a greenfield CRM strategy that touches thousands of reps across continents
- You've only done CRM implementations in low-compliance industries; pharma's regulatory weight will blindside you
- You prefer heads-down execution—this role is 60% stakeholder management, 40% design
- You're uncomfortable being on-site in Maryland; this pilot phase requires regular face time with US teams
