Xyra is an AI-powered personal OS that's still in early-stage growth. You'll own their entire TikTok and Instagram presence-not supporting, leading-turning strategic direction into content that actually stops scrolls.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize weekly content calendar across TikTok and Instagram with 5-7 posts per week, establishing consistent voice and aesthetic
Produce and deliver 20+ short-form videos with 1-week pre-approval lead time, hitting 100% on-time submission rate
Analyze competitor content and platform trends to identify 3-5 content formats that differentiate Xyra from competitor messaging
Grow organic followers by 15-20% and establish baseline engagement rates (likes, comments, shares) as performance benchmark
Scale to 10-15 hours/week production while maintaining content quality, with demonstrated growth in followers (50%+ increase) and engagement rates
Pitch and execute 2-3 original content series or formats that drove measurable engagement lift vs. baseline content
Build and nurture community through consistent DM responses and comment engagement, tracking sentiment and feedback loops
Transition from paid internship to retained role based on performance metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, and GTM lead satisfaction

Follower Growth Rate
Track TikTok and Instagram follower growth month-over-month as primary channel health metric.
Engagement Rate (ER)
Calculate average likes, comments, shares per post as percentage of total followers; benchmark against Xyra baseline.
Content Approval Turnaround
Track percentage of content submitted on-time (7+ days before publish) and revision cycles needed before approval.
Post Publication Rate
Monitor consistency of 1 video per day delivery across both platforms; track any missed publishing dates.

Is This Role For You?
- You create content regularly (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) and understand what actually stops a scroll
- You're comfortable with self-direction-strategy is provided, but creative execution and voice are 100% yours
- You can produce fast (1 video/day) without sacrificing quality; you're scrappy but not sloppy
- You're genuinely interested in B2B/B2C SaaS and want to learn GTM strategy alongside content execution
- You have strong opinions about what's overdone on social and can identify opportunities to do something different
- You need extensive hand-holding or detailed feedback on every creative decision; this role requires independent judgment
- You're looking for a resume-builder internship with minimal real responsibility-you'll own the channel entirely
- You can't commit to 10-15 hours/week consistently or you're bored by social media/short-form video
- You need $15K+/year compensation; this is $3K-$4.5K base + commission (true entry-level internship rate)
