Accountabilities:
Own and manage the social media content calendar, publishing cadence, and day-to-day execution across key corporate channels.
Create high-quality content across formats including social posts, short-form videos, campaign assets, executive thought leadership, event recaps, and customer stories.
Translate complex cybersecurity, compliance, and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-first storytelling.
Edit and repurpose video content such as webinars, interviews, demos, and event footage into polished, social-ready assets.
Develop and adapt visual content including graphics, motion assets, quote cards, carousels, and branded campaign materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, and broader marketing initiatives.
Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel assets that maximize reach and performance.
Track content performance and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and marketing impact.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or B2B brand storytelling.
Proven experience managing social channels and content production for a fast-paced B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven organization.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or cybersecurity topics.
Hands-on experience creating short-form video and visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or Figma.
Experience building and executing content calendars while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, executives, and technical subject matter experts.
Strong understanding of content performance metrics and ability to optimize based on data insights.
Familiarity with social media tools, employee advocacy programs, and digital content workflows.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or highly technical B2B environments.
