Accountabilities:

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will develop and produce engaging content across social platforms, helping grow awareness and strengthen community engagement. You will bring creative ideas to life through storytelling, video production, and platform-specific strategies while collaborating closely with social media partners.

  • Create and publish engaging social media content, including Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form formats.

  • Develop creative concepts that transform complex ideas, initiatives, and stories into accessible and shareable content.

  • Collaborate with social media stakeholders to identify relevant topics, trends, and opportunities for audience engagement.

  • Produce and edit high-quality video content optimized for social platforms.

  • Develop content strategies based on audience behavior, platform algorithms, and emerging social media trends.

  • Build authentic connections with online communities through creative and meaningful storytelling.

  • Stay informed about internet culture, digital conversations, and content formats that drive engagement.

  • Contribute ideas and creative perspectives to strengthen social media presence and audience growth.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a creative and digitally native content creator with strong experience producing social media content and understanding what makes content resonate online. You should be comfortable developing ideas independently, appearing on camera, and adapting content for different audiences and platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience creating short-form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels.

  • Strong video creation and editing skills, particularly for engaging short-form formats.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and compelling storytelling approaches.

  • Comfortable being on camera and creating personality-driven content.

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and bring a unique creative perspective.

  • Passion for building inclusive and impactful online communities.

  • A portfolio showcasing previous social media content creation work is required.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
