They're moving fast in a massive market (40% of Americans struggle with digestive issues), and they need an anchor creator who can own the voice, post prolifically, and turn content performance data into strategic decisions.
Your Mission
Post 10-12 videos/week on your own accounts and deliver 5-8 edited clips/week to Get Regular channels, establishing a recognizable creator presence
Build a content batch-filming workflow (2-3 sessions/week) that enables 60-80 videos/month across channels without bottlenecks
Identify 3-4 high-performing content angles (hooks, education, walkthroughs, personal tracking) and document what drives engagement
Develop an iteration playbook: analyze performance data weekly, adjust format/messaging, and ship without approval delays
Drive measurable growth on Get Regular's TikTok and Reels: 10K-25K follower growth and 2-3x engagement lift vs. baseline
Become the recognizable voice in gut health space—establish yourself as a trusted educator, not just a creator posting for pay
Build a content taxonomy with 5+ repeatable formats, each with documented performance benchmarks and audience resonance
Help Get Regular translate UGC success into user acquisition metrics: track how your content correlates to app signups and retention

Target 15-20 total videos across your accounts and Get Regular channels weekly; measure batch efficiency and posting consistency.
Engagement Rate (ER %)
Track average likes, comments, shares per video on TikTok/Reels; benchmark against health/wellness category averages and iterate on winning hooks.
Follower Growth Rate
Monitor monthly follower gains on both your account and Get Regular's channels; aim for 2-3% monthly growth in early months.
Save/Share Ratio
Measure how often viewers save or share your content; high save rates indicate educational value and intent to revisit.
App Tap-Through / CTA Performance
Track clicks on Get Regular bio links and in-video CTAs; correlate content themes to app signups and trial conversions.

Interview Process
Portfolio Review

Content Brief & Sample
Get a brief outline of Get Regular's brand voice and core messaging; film and deliver 1-2 sample videos to demonstrate your ability to iterate and ship fast.
