The Challenge
BeloForm Craft is building a team to represent client brands at live events across Austin. You'll be the face of multiple brands, driving engagement and creating memorable experiences at high-traffic promotional events.
Your Mission
Execute flawless brand representation at 8-12 live events with zero brand messaging misalignment
Master event setup/breakdown workflows and become the go-to coordinator for seamless logistics
Collect and document attendee engagement feedback to identify what messaging resonates (track 100+ interactions per event)
Build relationships with 3-4 key client brand managers and earn repeat event bookings
Own the entire event lifecycle for 2-3 campaigns—from pre-event planning through post-event reporting
Increase average attendee engagement rate by 20% through refined messaging delivery and interactive techniques
Train 2 new junior brand reps on your proven event execution playbook
Generate 3+ data-driven insights that improve future campaign ROI for client brands

Post-event client satisfaction ratings on your representation, professionalism, and execution quality.
Events Executed On-Time
Percentage of events with zero delays in setup, execution, or breakdown phases.
Repeat Client Bookings
Number of brands requesting you specifically for future campaigns (loyalty indicator).
