Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing social accounts; establish baseline metrics and reporting framework
Launch 2-3 integrated social campaigns aligned to client business objectives with clear KPIs
Build and document content calendar process; establish approval workflows with creative and strategy teams
Achieve 15-20% engagement rate improvement across managed accounts through audience analysis and content optimization
Scale organic reach by 40-60% through community growth strategies and trend-jacking opportunities
Deliver quarterly business impact reports showing social's contribution to lead generation or sales lift
Lead paid social strategy across Meta/TikTok; manage $50K+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROAS targets
Mentor junior team members on content creation and community management best practices
