Matera is building a media empire around housing issues—think educational, inspiring, and activist content. You'll own their social presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, turning housing insights into viral moments and community engagement.
Your Mission
Establish consistent publishing cadence across all 5 platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, site) with 80%+ on-time delivery
Launch and execute first 8 TikTok videos end-to-end (ideation through posting) with baseline engagement benchmarks
Grow LinkedIn follower base by 15% and activate employee advocacy program with 5+ Materanis posting weekly
Audit and respond to 100% of Google reviews and comments within 24 hours
Achieve 25% growth in Instagram engagement rate and 40% growth in TikTok video views month-over-month
Establish TikTok as primary growth channel with 50K+ views per video and content strategy validated by A/B testing
Publish 2 customer testimonial video campaigns with 10K+ combined views and measurable lead attribution
Scale LinkedIn employee advocacy to 12+ active participants and track 20% increase in employee-generated reach
