The Challenge
Lapeyre, a major French home improvement retailer, is building its social presence across 5+ platforms. You'll be the creative force behind their daily content strategy, working directly with the social media lead to grow engagement and drive acquisition through authentic, platform-native content.
Your Mission
Master Lapeyre's brand voice and content pillars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Own the editorial calendar: build, track, and optimize weekly content themes aligned with campaigns and seasonal trends
Ship 30+ pieces of original social content (posts, stories, reels, pins) with copywriting and basic creative direction
Establish baseline performance benchmarks for each platform and identify top-performing content formats
Deliver 100+ published pieces of social content with measurable engagement growth (target: 15-25% month-over-month)
Lead competitive and trend analysis reports monthly, surfacing 5+ actionable insights per cycle
Execute 3-5 influencer collaborations end-to-end, from brief to performance reporting
Build and present quarterly social performance dashboard with platform-specific KPIs and strategic recommendations

Track likes, comments, shares, and saves per platform to identify winning formats and messaging
Follower Growth Rate
Monitor net new followers and follower churn across all platforms, benchmarked monthly
Content Output Velocity
Measure number of pieces created and published per week to maintain editorial calendar consistency
Influencer Campaign ROI
Track reach, engagement, and attributed clicks/conversions from influence partnerships
Audience Sentiment
Monitor comment tone and UGC to measure brand perception shifts

- You need full remote work; this is on-site in Courbevoie with no flexibility
