Accountabilities:
Define and evolve the overall social media and community strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
Lead organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms
Build, grow, and engage online communities, transforming audiences into active brand advocates
Develop and manage strategic relationships with creators, influencers, and partners
Lead, mentor, and structure the social media and community team, establishing processes and best practices
Collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape brand strategy and positioning
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content and community initiatives based on insights
Requirements:
Proven experience leading Social Media, Community, or Brand Content teams
Strong background in developing and executing content strategies for well-established or fast-growing brands
Experience working with communities, creators, and influencer marketing ecosystems
Solid leadership experience, including team management and operational structuring
Strong understanding of branding, social media metrics, and digital engagement strategies
Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
Nice to have:
Experience in education, technology, creator economy, or entertainment sectors
Track record of building online communities from the ground up
Experience in high-growth startups or scale-up environments
Proven cases of viral organic campaigns or high-impact social media activations
