Job Description (paste this into the description field): Hallmark Pool and Spa World (RCC Enterprises, Inc.) is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Specialist to work full-time at our Kissimmee, FL location. Duties: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms, paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), email marketing, and content marketing, to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial pool construction services. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, evaluate pricing strategies, and develop targeted marketing initiatives for specific demographic segments in the Central Florida and Southwest Florida markets. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, monitoring key metrics such as cost-per-lead, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI) to ensure cost efficiency and continuous performance improvement. Implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track lead pipelines, manage client interactions, automate follow-up communications, and improve lead-to client conversion rates. Design and execute marketing automation workflows, including email sequences, SMS campaigns, and other communication platforms, to enhance response time, streamline lead nurturing processes, and reduce manual tasks. Produce and coordinate video content, photography, and visual marketing materials to strengthen brand positioning, showcase completed pool construction projects, and support advertising campaigns across digital platforms. Support and optimize the sales process by developing sales materials, follow-up systems, lead qualification frameworks, and conversion strategies to assist in moving prospects from initial engagement through contract signing. Analyze performance data, key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion metrics, and campaign results to evaluate marketing and sales effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage online reputation efforts, including optimization of Google Business Profile, review acquisition strategies, website search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Identify and develop new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships with builders, realtors, and commercial clients, and create proposals tailored to different market segments to expand revenue channels. Coordinate with construction and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing commitments, sales expectations, and project execution timelines. Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers involved in marketing execution, content production, and project documentation, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, compliance with company standards, and proper recording of project milestones, customer data, and relevant documentation within the company’s CRM and internal systems. Develop and execute Spanish-language marketing campaigns, sales consultations, advertising content, and client communications to effectively reach and engage the substantial Hispanic consumer market in the Central Florida and Southwest Florida regions, directly contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 48 months (4 years) of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, sales support, and business development, including experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Experience with digital advertising platforms, CRM systems for lead management, marketing automation workflows, and sales process optimization. Fluency in Spanish required due to business necessity. Travel: Approximately 15% of total work time. Local travel within the Kissimmee/Central Florida area for site visits, client meetings, and content production. No overnight travel required. Pay: $45,262.81 - $105,000.00 per year
