The Challenge
Nutripure is a fast-growing French nutritional supplements brand on a mission to dominate organic search. You're stepping in as interim SEO & Affiliate lead for 5 months—not babysitting, but steering a ship at full throttle through algorithm updates and scaling acquisition across multiple markets.
Your Mission
Stabilize organic traffic post-handover: audit current SEO health, identify any Core Update vulnerabilities, and deploy immediate fixes across technical, on-page, and semantic layers
Map and optimize AI Overview visibility: audit Nutripure's presence in Google AI Overviews and conversational search, implement adaptation strategy, and establish tracking framework
Establish daily/weekly reporting cadence: build dashboards tracking organic KPIs (traffic, rankings, revenue attribution) for executive stakeholder management
Audit and realign agency/affiliate partnerships: review netlinking, content, and affiliate ROI—cut underperformers, invest in winners
Deliver 15-20% organic traffic growth: execute on-page, technical, and off-page roadmap across all French and international markets
Scale affiliate channel: optimize commission structures, recruit high-intent partners, and track incremental revenue contribution
Launch 2-3 test concepts for new visitor acquisition: identify whitespace keywords/segments and run pilot campaigns
Prepare seamless handover: document strategy, audit findings, and growth playbooks for permanent role takeover

Organic traffic (sessions)
Daily/weekly monitoring of total organic visitors; benchmark against prior year and post-update baseline.
Keyword rankings & visibility
Track positions for priority keywords across French and international markets; measure visibility index month-over-month.
Organic revenue/CA
Revenue attribution from organic channel; calculate ROI of SEO investment vs. paid channels.
Core Web Vitals & crawl health
Technical SEO scorecard: track LCP, CLS, FID, crawl errors, and indexation rate weekly.
Affiliate revenue contribution
Track affiliate-driven sales, commission spend, and ROAS by partner and campaign.
AI Overview impressions & CTR
Monitor visibility in Google AI Overviews and conversational search; measure traffic impact vs. traditional SERP.

- You need a permanent role or equity upside—this is a 5-month interim assignment
- You're uncomfortable with on-site work in Toulouse (no remote flexibility mentioned)
- You lack hands-on SEO expertise: you need to audit technical issues, write briefs, and challenge agencies—this isn't a pure management/strategy play
