The Challenge
YO IT Consulting is building next-gen coherent optical communication systems (800G, 1.6T+) powering AI data infrastructure. You'll own all marketing strategy and execution for cutting-edge DSP optical tech, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your Mission
Define and articulate competitive positioning strategy for coherent DSP ASICs in optical comms market
Audit existing marketing collateral and develop MRDs/PRDs aligned with product roadmap
Map hyperscaler and network OEM customer needs; build initial go-to-market narrative for 800G+ solutions
Build or assess current marketing team structure and identify key hires needed
Execute full go-to-market launch campaign for flagship coherent DSP product targeting hyperscalers
Drive demand generation pipeline through digital marketing, PR, and industry analyst briefings
Establish thought leadership at 3+ major telecom/datacom conferences with technical presentations
Build sales enablement program and ABM strategy to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth
