Scale-up SaaS hitting €100M+ revenue target needs you to architect go-to-market strategy and turn complex product into revenue engine. You'll own positioning, launches, and sales enablement across international markets.
Your Mission
Define crystal-clear product positioning and messaging framework tailored to 3-4 key ICPs
Launch sales enablement playbook (battlecards, pitch decks, objection frameworks) with 90%+ sales team adoption
Map product features to business outcomes and build internal business case for top 2 product launches
Conduct 30+ customer interviews to extract market insights and validate messaging resonance
Execute 2+ full product launches with documented pipeline contribution and adoption metrics
Increase sales team win rate by 15%+ through targeted messaging and enablement
Build market segmentation model and customize GTM strategies for 4+ distinct buyer personas
Establish expansion motion: identify cross-sell opportunities and drive 20%+ uplift in adoption metrics

- You've spent 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing and have a portfolio of launches that moved revenue
- You thrive at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Growth—and you speak all three languages fluently
- You can articulate complex B2B products in compelling, outcome-focused language that resonates with buyers
- You want ownership: you'll own positioning, GTM, and enablement end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- You're bilingual (French C2 + English C1/C2) and excited to work with international teams
- You're looking for a pure content/demand gen role—this is strategy + execution across the revenue funnel
- You need heavy process overhead and governance—this role demands scrappiness and bias toward action
- You don't have proven B2B SaaS product marketing experience or can't articulate your revenue impact in numbers
