Conduct 15+ customer interviews to map developer pain points and success stories; produce 2-3 initial case studies
Create sales enablement toolkit (battle cards, objection guides, demo scripts) for 8-10 person sales team
Establish competitive landscape map and monthly tracking dashboard for Stainless vs. adjacent tools
Execute 2-3 full product/feature launch campaigns with GTM timeline, messaging, and channel strategy
Lead pricing and packaging review; propose and validate new tier structure with 20+ customer interviews and sales feedback
Build developer community content strategy; publish 8-10 thought leadership pieces and amplify customer stories across channels
Develop and present quarterly business reviews showing product marketing impact on lead quality, sales velocity, and brand perception
KPIs You'll Own

Track month-over-month lift driven by messaging and positioning changes.
Sales cycle length and deal velocity
Measure enablement impact through reduced sales cycles and increased average deal size.

- You're a storyteller who makes complex technical concepts click for diverse audiences (hobbyists to CTOs)
- You thrive building marketing functions from scratch and enjoy ownership across messaging, launches, enablement, and strategy
- You need a fully remote setup-this role is on-site in San Francisco
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer highly structured processes (early-stage startup PMM is scrappy)
- You lack hands-on technical literacy or developer community empathy-this is a technical buyer motion
